Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain ACMV system to provide ventilation for work areas :
• Ensure HVAC equipment are well maintained
• Ensure magnehelic pressure gauges are adequately maintained for effective area segregation
• Manage syltherm chiller system to provide cooling for temperature control units in the production facility
• Manage chilled water chiller system to provide chilled water service
• Oversee the light fixtures functionality and manage electrical contractors
• Manage maintenance of building structure ancillaries
• Work with Site Facilities team to ensure area cleanliness
• Manage Portable Electronics Testing and ELCB testing
• Manage sub-contractors service contract
• Manage service / product procurement
• Assist in Project Commissioning and Qualifications
