Job descriptionAbility to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing in English. Bilingualism is an asset; Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills; Office administration experience; Experience in a construction environment is an asset. R&R and A&A project.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparing documents associated with construction and project management;
- Coordinating client, trade and consultant site visits and meetings;
- Prepare accurate documentation of client and applicant information.
- Maintaining safety postings, safety meeting minutes and safety log sheets;
- Manage various projects and ensure completion within deadline by attending to every detail of assigned projects and
- Other duties consistent with the position as reasonably determined by the person to whom you provide assistance.
