Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Building, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field. Strong coordination and communication skills with experience working with users, contractors, and consultants Experience in healthcare development projects is an advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise team members to complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Coordinate project requirements with internal teams, consultants, and contractors from planning to handover.
- Track and update project schedules, progress, and reports.
- Attend meetings, review design proposals, and provide input on non-clinical functions.
- Assist in resource planning and integrate best practices to meet business objectives.
- Prepare and review presentation materials and documents for stakeholders.
- Handle other duties assigned by the supervisor or department head.
