Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end cargo operations including vessel scheduling, port coordination, loading / discharge activities, and blending processes to ensure timely and quality execution of voyages.
- Track vessel performance, bunker consumption, and voyage profitability; ensure regulatory compliance, conduct vessel vetting, and manage documentation with surveyors and inspectors.
- Investigate cargo quantity / quality discrepancies, implement loss mitigation strategies, and handle laytime calculations, demurrage, and claims to safeguard operational efficiency.
- Generate voyage P / L reports, maintain operational statistics, identify cost drivers, and collaborate with internal teams to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Diploma in Maritime Studies or equivalent.At least 2 years of oil cargo operations experience in an oil trading firm or oil major.Familiar with vessel scheduling, cargo movement, and port operations.If you are keen to apply for the position, kindly email your detailed resume in MS Word to hr@recruit-expert.com
