Key Responsibilities and roles for Sales and marketing manager
we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business growth in solar panel installations and construction services. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue, building brand awareness, and forging strong client relationships across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
🔹 Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2B & B2C)
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly targets
- Maintain CRM systems and sales pipeline tracking
🔹 Marketing Strategy
Plan and manage digital campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, social media)Oversee branding, website content, and promotional materialsOrganize trade shows, client events, and industry networkingAnalyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategy🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration
