Job Title : Digital Learning & Systems Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a resourceful and forward-thinking Digital Learning & Systems Specialist to join our team. This role blends three intersecting areas of expertise :
- Business Info-Communications – developing and integrating core digital platforms such as websites and CRM systems;
- Marketing Technology (MarTech) – supporting automated campaigns, analytics, and system-wide connectivity;
- AI-Powered Learning Innovation – leveraging artificial intelligence to create smarter, scalable, and more engaging learning solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, takes initiative, and is excited by the challenge of designing seamless digital experiences that fuel both learning outcomes and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website, Learning Management & Digital Experience Management
Support and evolve the company website to meet both marketing and learning experience goals, ensuring it’s scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand.Collaborate with designers and content creators to improve usability, enhance learner / user engagement, and optimise for conversion across key user journeys.Oversee and maintain integrations between the website, CRM, learning management system (LMS), and marketing automation tools to ensure seamless data flow and a consistent user experience.Project manage an overseas IT development team , ensuring timelines, quality standards, and specifications are met for ongoing website and LMS development.2. CRM and Business Systems
Lead and support CRM implementation and integration , ensuring workflows are clearly mapped to operational and marketing needs.Design and document business rules, trigger points, and customer journeys across the CRM, website, and email systems.Monitor and improve CRM usage for lead tracking, learner onboarding, campaign effectiveness, and internal reporting.3. MarTech Implementation & Automation
Oversee the marketing tech stack , including email automation tools, analytics dashboards, lead capture systems, and tracking infrastructure.Build and optimise automated marketing workflows — from awareness to enrolment to re-engagement.Work closely with the marketing team to test tools, analyse campaign performance, and improve funnel effectiveness through data-driven decisions.4. AI-Driven Learning Innovation
Explore and experiment with emerging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, etc.) to enhance content creation, interactivity, and learner personalisation.Prototype AI-enabled learning formats , such as :
Script and storyboarding generators for microlearning and digital courses,
Conversational AI bots for learner coaching, reflection, and support,
AI-generated video / audio content for scalable delivery across platforms.
Apply AI to streamline internal workflows , including :
Automating repetitive admin tasks (e.g., email sequencing, reporting, content tagging),
Generating first drafts of marketing, reporting, or proposal content,
Enhancing productivity across content development and marketing operations.
Innovate on system-level learning delivery by integrating AI into :
Adaptive learning paths based on user progress,
Dynamic content assembly engines,
Real-time learner feedback or sentiment tracking tools.
Collaborate closely with programme and content developers to embed AI meaningfully across course design, facilitation, and post-training engagement.You’ll Thrive in This Role If You...

Experience managing or collaborating on web-based platforms using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React / Next.js) and cloud-based backend services.Able to communicate effectively with developers working in Node.js and AWS environments .IT Project Management, Desiging Customer Journey / Requirement SpecificationsExperience with CRM tools (e.g.,Freshworks or other proposed systems) and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier).Familiarity with basic digital analytics (e.g., GA4, Meta Pixel, email open / click reporting).Strong organisational and project coordination skills, especially when working with remote or outsourced developers.Comfort with emerging AI tools and a willingness to test and learn.Bonus Points For
Experience working with LMS platforms or building training delivery infrastructure.Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or AI integrations into learning platforms.Prompt engineering experience or working knowledge of GenAI content pipelines.Basic HTML / CSS / JS or no-code development skills.Why Join Us?
