Key Responsibilities :

  • Promptly address customer concerns and inquiries, nurturing strong relationships with key customers to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Analyze sales metrics, client preferences, and market trends to identify improvement areas in sales strategy and product development.
  • Provide regular sales reports, offering insights and recommendations, and develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Conduct training sessions for product knowledge and selling skills, staying informed about industry trends and sharing relevant information.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within the travel or hospitality sectors.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving strategic growth.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to monitor sales metrics and translate insights into action.
