Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing strong leadership and fostering a positive work environment.
 - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including targeted pricing strategies and promotions.
 - Identify and qualify new sales channels and business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
 - Promptly address customer concerns and inquiries, nurturing strong relationships with key customers to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
 - Optimize sales processes by implementing best practices in sales methodologies and tools.
 - Analyze sales metrics, client preferences, and market trends to identify improvement areas in sales strategy and product development.
 - Provide regular sales reports, offering insights and recommendations, and develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
 - Conduct training sessions for product knowledge and selling skills, staying informed about industry trends and sharing relevant information.
 
Requirements :
Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within the travel or hospitality sectors.A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving strategic growth.Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with clients, partners, and internal teams.Data-driven mindset with the ability to monitor sales metrics and translate insights into action.Familiarity with CRM tools, sales processes, and performance tracking.
