Our client is seeking a Retail Operations member to support the team in ensuring smooth retail operations and enhance the performance of the staff.
Retail Operations
Conduct vendor search and onboarding for retail supplies and services, including store supplies, transportation, and courier services.Review and approve logistics-related matters.Coordinate the movement and sales of staff purchase inventory.Collaborate with store admins to ensure timely order fulfillment from vendors and validate payments.Manage uniform-related tasks, such as allocating uniforms to new staff, handling staff returns, addressing replenishment needs, and maintaining the budget and inventory.Promptly address and resolve administrative tasks related to staff, such as arranging flight and hotel reservations for staff attending regional and international events.Work with admin / HR teams on retail recognition, engagement, and celebrations.Assist the Retail Excellence Manager in designing and updating operating proceduresRetail Performance Support
Address any commission or incentive queries from the retail team.Assist in designing and calculating monthly commission and incentives.Collaborate with store admins to effectively monitor and review store rosters, off-in-lieu days, annual leave, and rest days off to maximize productivity.Organize Retail Meetings involving cross-functional teams.Record minutes of Monthly Retail Manager Meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.Prepare weekly retail reports, including sales, incentives, and KPIsGenerate reports for Weekly Retail Excellence review and Quarterly performance review.Handle adhoc retail performance reporting, such as weekly incentives, sales, traffic, AVT (Average Transaction Value), UPT (Units per Transaction), etc.Coordinate the dissemination of the Singapore monthly newsletter.Retail Projects & Others
Collaborate with HR to launch and support engagement activities for Store Managers and admins.Provide support for in-store activities aimed at achieving high performance.Assist with staff training matters.Collaborate with relevant departments to introduce new tools and follow up on store issues.Undertake adhoc retail-related projects as assignedRequirements
Strong communication and organizational skillsPossesses basic to intermediate competence in ExcelPositive, self-initiative, a team player & willing to learnPrior work experience in the retail / luxury industry will be advantageousExperienced candidates can be considered for senior retail operations.
