Job Summary

This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing operational processes with external financial partners, and requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding, due diligence, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and experience working with banks, payment processors, or other financial entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship & Reporting management : Work with internal stakeholders to support the relationships with our banking and financial institution partners, devise and execute initiatives that support our various functional teams and increase their effectiveness.
• Partner Onboarding : Collaborate with financial partners to ensure smooth onboarding and account integration processes.
• Operational support : Serve as the operational point of contact for financial partners, track, investigate, and resolve transactional or reconciliation issues.
• Process improvement : Review, design, and optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Compliance : Ensure all partnership operations comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Data Analysis : Monitor key metrics and generate reports to evaluate partner performance.
• Issue Resolution : Coordinate between internal teams and partners to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Documentation : Maintain clear and up‑to‑date documentation for all operational processes.
