The E-commerce Platform Manager will be responsible for the

overall performance of Ask & Embla's e-commerce platform / s.

This role involves defining and executing the strategic roadmap for

conversion rate optimization and ensuring all platform-related KPIs

are met. They will collaborate extensively with various

cross-functional teams, including senior management, to drive

continuous improvement and achieve business

objectives.

What You'll

Do : Define and

champion the strategic roadmap for conversion rate optimization

(CRO), identifying key initiatives, opportunities, and priorities

to enhance user experience and drive sales.

Own and oversee all e-commerce platform performance KPIs

(e.g., conversion rate, average order value, bounce rate, traffic

quality, site speed), regularly analyzing data to identify trends,

issues, and opportunities.

Develop and lead a

robust test-and-learn agenda, including A / B testing, multivariate

testing, and personalization initiatives, to validate hypotheses

and optimize user journeys.

Manage and

prioritize the backlog of optimization and development initiatives,

working closely with IT / Development teams to ensure efficient

execution based on business impact.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on the allocation

of budget for e-commerce tools, technologies, and external services

to support platform growth and innovation.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide

insightful reports to senior management, highlighting key

achievements, challenges, and future strategies.

Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to

ensure alignment on platform initiatives and seamless

execution.

Stay abreast of industry trends,

emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce, CRO, and

digital experience to inform strategic

decisions.

Who You

Are : Bachelor's degree

in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology,

or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in

e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or platform management,

with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial

role.

Proven track record of successfully

driving significant improvements in e-commerce KPIs (e.g.,

conversion rate, revenue growth).

Demonstrated

experience in developing and executing CRO strategies and leading

A / B testing programs.

In-depth knowledge of

major e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify Plus.

With expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google

Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) and project management

tools.

Strong understanding of A / B testing and

personalization platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google

Optimize).

Exceptional analytical and

problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data

into actionable strategies.

Strong leadership

and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and

developing direct reports.

Excellent

communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of

influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a

strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage

multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced

environment.
