Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Material Science or Engineering related discipline / Specialist Diploma in WSH Registered WSHO of HSE with relevant safety experience in the FMCG / Chemical / Phamaceutical related industries Must have working experience in Contractor Safety Manager Candidates with working knowledge on SS506 Part 3 are highly preferred Ability to interact effectively with all level of employees, contractors / subcontractors Ability to work independently, self-initiative, good interpersonal skill and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities :
- Provide HSE advisory and support for its plant and mantenance work activities, including the use of appropriate PPE, safety tools / equipment
- Develop and update HSE documents such as reports, performance data, minutes of meetings, HSE checklists reated to maintenance and contractors
- Active liaison with maintenance staff, including subcontractors / contractors on all HSE matters
- Ensure HSE compliance with applicable regulatory and in-house requirements
- Review, improve, promote 5S and HSE awareness and performance amongst maintenance staff and contractors and advise their 5S projects by conducting regular HSE trainings for relevant parties
- Develop initiatives and involve in continuous improvement projects
- Lead and conduct the incident / accident investigation
- Involve in HSE related audits and HSE promotion activities
- Actively involved in Plant Shut Down Maintenance (SDM) regarding to HSE matters
- Execute other section work activities as assigned by superior
