Liaise with clients on renewals, updates, payments, and service questions. Follow up with insurers and partners to ensure timely responses and processing. Support brokers with meeting preparation, follow‑ups, and client documentation. Policy Administration
Prepare and issue cover notes, debit notes, and other documents. Ensure all client records are updated accurately in HubSpot and Finance System. Track policy renewals and ensure all required information is received. Coordinate with insurers to issue policy documents and invoices correctly and on time. Payments & Claims Support
Assist with tracking accounts receivable and sending reminders for unpaid premiums. Help clients report new claims and gather required documents. Follow up with insurers on claim status and ensure updates are communicated promptly. Process Improvement
Maintain clean data and consistent naming standards across systems. Spot process gaps or repetitive work and suggest improvements or automation (HubSpot, Lark, Zapier). Participate in team reviews to improve efficiency; your ideas matter here! Who You Are
Recent graduate who’s tech‑savvy and eager to learn; or someone from an operations, customer service, or admin background ready for a new challenge. Organised, dependable, and thorough – you enjoy making things work better. Strong communicator who follows through on commitments. Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Google Sheets.
