About the Role
We are seeking a driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in Singapore. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing the brand presence across all channels, and supporting the company's growth objectives through creative and data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Develop Multi-Channel StrategiesFormulate marketing strategies across B2B, B2C, online, offline, and dealership channels.
Manage Digital, Social & BrandingOversee digital content, social media scheduling, and maintain brand consistency across all platforms and partnerships.
Analyze Performance & Market TrendsMonitor campaign results, market trends, and customer behavior to optimize marketing efforts and uncover new opportunities.
Oversee Budget & Team AlignmentManage the marketing budget for ROI and efficiency, while aligning closely with sales, product, and e-commerce teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CIM, Google Digital Marketing) is a plus.Experience
6-8 years of progressive experience in marketing, including :B2B and B2C marketing strategy
Campaign and event executionDigital and social media marketingBrand positioning and A&P managementPrior experience in managing integrated marketing channels, including offline (retail, dealership) and online (e-commerce, social media) environments.Strategic & Channel Marketing Expertise
Strong understanding of multichannel strategies for product distribution (online, offline, dealership, DTC).Ability to identify and adapt marketing methods across different business models.Advertising & Promotion (A&P) Management
Demonstrated experience developing and optimizing A&P strategies to align with sales goals and market positioning.5. Analytical Thinking
Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to assess campaign effectiveness.Ability to extract insights from market research, competitor data, and consumer behavior to influence marketing plans.Digital & Content Marketing Skills
Hands-on experience with content planning, scheduling tools, and campaign execution across social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).Understanding of SEO, paid media, and digital trends.Brand & Partnership Management
Skilled at building and maintaining brand consistency across all channels.Experience negotiating and executing co-marketing and partnership campaigns.Cross-Functional Leadership
Proven ability to collaborate with sales, product, and e-commerce teams.Experience in aligning marketing with commercial objectives and product development roadmaps.Financial Acumen & Budget Management
Strong planning and budget oversight capabilities, with a focus on ROI.Experience preparing reports and justifying spend with measurable results.Soft Skills
