Job Description
Daily preparation and production of cake and pastry products samplePerform baking comparison test by incorporating emulsifiers into baked productsCreating new product prototypes and recipe formulation including tweaking the taste profiles of the food products as based on food taste test results experimentationResponsible for the conceptualization, development, testing and scaling of new recipesTo conduct sensory evaluation and approval of new products / recipesEnsure good personal hygiene, proper sanitation and cleanliness of work area and kitchen toolsDecorating finished productsAssist in the modification and improvement of baking products to ensure it is relevant to the current needs of the target customerAny other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superiorRequirements
