Job Responsibilities :

Handle enquiries from callers

Attend to calls in professional manner

Timely rectification of issues

Ensure enquiries are attended to, according to guideline

Log enquiries onto the system

Requirement :

Min O Level

2 - 3 years of call centre services experiences preferably

Able to adapt to fast pace environment.

Passionate in customer service

A positive team player with the ability to work independently and a] strong work ethic.
