Production Coordinator Job Description
The Theatre Practice is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team. A Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the production team completes technical goals safely and on time. The role involves planning, scheduling, and executing production-related preparations for all programmes.
Key Responsibilities :
- You will be part of the Programming & Production Team.
- You will report to the Technical Director.
- You will collaborate with colleagues from various departments.
Practice Productions and Programmes :
You will coordinate and execute technical preparations for productions including main season programming, festivals, and community events.You will work with external and in-house teams to manage production preparations and presentations.You will participate in assigned productions and events.Venue Hire Productions and Events :
You will lead communications with external parties regarding venue hire productions and events.You will assist in maintaining equipment and restoring spaces to ensure a safe working environment.Requirements :
Producing experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of entertainment and theatre operations.Skills :
