Job Description
- Oversee daily operations with a focus on sales management, customer service, and staff performance.
- Build rapport and establish effective relationships with customers.
- Provide professional beauty and wellness advice to customers.
- Provide training / guidance to team members.
- Be accountable for Individual / team sales targets
- Lead / collaborate with team members to achieve team sales targets
- Handle the required outlet administrative work.
- Be well versed in all types of treatments, products, machines & equipment and promotions offered by outlets from time to time.
- Duty coverage for team members whenever necessary.
- Be an Ambassador of the Company.
- Other duties as assigned by the Company.
