We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in IT projects and a passion for aviation operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that aviation-related systems and processes meet operational and strategic goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to analyze requirements, design workflows, and support the delivery of mission-critical aviation solutions

Responsibilities

Requirements Elicitation & Documentation

• Engage stakeholders to gather, define, and document detailed business and system requirements for aviation-related IT projects.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and user story sessions with ATC, airline, and airport operations stakeholders.

Business Process Modeling

System Design & Functional Specifications

Software Development

Understanding of Security by Design concepts and implementation in Software Engineering

Stakeholder Management
