We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our finance and administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure supplier invoices are accurately and timely recorded in system
- Verify and process supplier invoices and payments
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage daily accounts receivable and payable task
- Update the receipt entries in system on daily basis
- Prepare and post journal entries as required.
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Generate SOA and follow up to the clients the outstanding AR and billing issues.
- Assist in general administrative duties
Requirements :
Minimum diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experienceNon-experience can apply if keen and willing to learnFamiliar with MS Office application, Word, ExcelMeticulous and able to handle data entries accurately and efficientlyGood organizational and time-management skills.Able to work independently and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills, good team player and willing to learnCandidates who are able to start immediately or within short notice will be advantageous.Able to work in Changi Airfreight Centre5 days working weekSingaporean / PR only
