Our esteemed client is looking for Home Care Nurse

Job responsibilities :

Assessing and monitoring patients' health conditions at home.

Administering medications, injections, and IV therapy as prescribed.

Managing wound care, dressing changes, and post-surgical recovery.

Independently assess patients, provide interventions, and escalate cases as needed.

Communicate effectively with healthcare teams

Provide caregiver training to ensure proper post-discharge care, maintaining high standards of patient safety and care quality.

Maintaining accurate patient records and care plans.

Ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols and infection control measures.

Handling medical equipment and assisting with home-based treatments.

Job Requirements :

Minimum a Diploma / Degree in Nursing

Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)

Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt to different situations.
