Role Overview
The Head of Supply Chain will oversee and optimize LANDI’s global supply chain operations from HQ Singapore, ensuring efficient processes, accurate reporting, and seamless coordination between regional operations and the LANDI operations team in China. This role will drive process design, system integration (Salesforce and ERP), and end-to-end supply chain visibility covering revenue recognition, stock management, and operational execution. A key responsibility will be to lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process at the global level, ensuring demand and supply are consistently balanced to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Strategy & Coordination
- Act as the central point of contact for global supply chain operations at HQ.
- Coordinate with Regional Heads of Operations (LATAM, NAR, EMEA, SEA, , etc.) to align supply chain processes, stock planning, and revenue tracking.
- Liaise closely with the China operations team for demand planning, production schedules, and delivery execution.
2. Process & System Management
Build, optimize, and maintain Salesforce & ERP workflows for supply chain processes, including order intake, stock visibility, and revenue reporting.Ensure proper data flow between Salesforce (pipeline / revenue) and ERP (stock / order execution).Design and implement HQ-level supply chain processes with clear governance and escalation rules.3. S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
Lead and drive the global S&OP process to ensure accurate forecasting, capacity planning, and alignment between demand and supply.Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings with regions and China operations to validate demand signals, production commitments, and stock allocation.Provide management with S&OP insights to support strategic decision-making.4. Reporting & Analytics
Develop and deliver HQ-level reporting on revenue, order status, and stock availability for management and board reviews.Provide monthly / quarterly supply chain dashboards to track performance, inventory, and sales order execution.Monitor KPIs such as lead time, stock turnover, forecast accuracy, and fulfillment rate.5. Revenue & Stock Management
Track global stock levels across EMS China, bonded warehouses, and regional distributors.Align stock allocation with sales forecast and regional priorities.Work with finance to reconcile revenue recognition linked to order fulfillment.6. Leadership & Team Development
Build, lead, and mentor a strong HQ-based supply chain team, ensuring clear role definitions, accountability.Collaborate with finance, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution from forecast → PO → production → delivery → revenue.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) and Salesforce (or equivalent CRM / forecasting platforms).Proven track record in global supply chain management, ideally in EMS / ODM / OEM environments.Experience working with China-based organization and coordinating with regional / global teams.Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel / Power BI or similar tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.Fluent in English and Mandarin is an advantage in order to liaise with stakeholders from different regions.Key Skills
