The Citigold Private Client (CPC) General Manager is a senior management professional responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of onshore CPC Relationship Managers and delivering client excellence to their CPC clients. The overall objective of this role is to lead a sales team, build customer loyalty, deepen and broaden quality clientele, and through serving CPC clients well, deliver on financial and non-financial metrics, including Net New Investment Assets growth, balanced revenue targets, promoter NPS, growth in QCG, and clean controls. As a senior management professional, the individual would from time to time recommend the development of business strategies or initiatives in support of Wealth objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee a team of CPC Relationship Managers, being responsible for the team targets, staff planning, and the team’s progression pathway
- Provide individual feedback to staff; perform training and provide coaching where necessary
- Drive excellence in client experience, superior delivery to clients, and uphold high control standards in all client engagements
- Conduct strategic business planning for the team, to ensure sound sales management and pipeline management
- Coordinate product and service training, oversee implementation of process improvements / efficiencies in partnership with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery on administrative matters
- Maintain relationship with key clients, business partners and stakeholders, ensure customers are well served in accordance with CPC standards and CPC value proposition
- Prioritize and coordinate daily tasks to ensure operating efficiencies are achieved, including hygiene control checks, supervisory trade monitoring, supervisory trade checks and callbacks
- Coordinate with HOSM partners to ensure adequacy of infrastructure and general upkeep of the branch, and provide full support to premise related controls
- Ensure full compliance with all regulations, including upholding the highest standards on Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer policies
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
