Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sales Coordinator (Corporate Sales, Wholesale, Sales Admin), you will play a vital role in driving sales initiatives and ensuring smooth sales administration to support overall revenue growth. You will be instrumental in expanding our corporate & wholesale client base while ensuring efficient backend processes to facilitate seamless transactions and excellent customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend relationship-building with detail-oriented execution in a dynamic retail and sports environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate Sales & Wholesales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new sales (corporate & wholesale) opportunities such as corporate gifting, golf events, and sponsorship packages.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Support in contract negotiations and closing deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
Sales Administration & Operations
Accurately process sales documentation including quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders.Maintain organized records of sales pipelines, customer interactions, and stock movement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and billing accuracy.Assist in updating the customer database and maintaining data integrity within CRM systems.Customer Service & Support
Act as a liaison between the company and corporate & wholesale clients to provide after-sales support and resolve issues.Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely responses.Support in executing customer loyalty initiatives and event coordination when required.Reporting & Inventory Coordination
Assist in monitoring sales performance, compiling regular reports, and providing market feedback.Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.Flag discrepancies in stock or customer orders and support in corrective actions.Experience and Skills :
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.1–2 years of experience in sales or sales administration; corporate & wholesale client experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-starter with excellent time management and multitasking ability.A passion for golf or an interest in the golf lifestyle is a plus.Benefits :
