Quality Analyst

The Quality Analyst position is essential in optimizing the Claims Management process and improving data quality management. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on a new online tool, promoting and marketing the tool, facilitating the rollout of the tool to new locations within APAC, offering training to both internal and external teams, identifying areas for improvement and devising action plans to minimize claims. Additionally, the Quality Analyst will assist in gathering evidence and determining root causes to ensure the quality process in our logistics partner (Bollore) meets customer expectations. This role entails a comprehensive analysis of quality processes to gauge their effectiveness by utilizing data and internal auditing tools, identifying and addressing any deficiencies or procedural gaps, and creating shared tools to support weekly performance tracking / reporting and action plan follow-up.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct UAT for new online tool developments and enhancements
• Promote and advertise the new tool
• Assist with tool rollout to new APAC locations
• Provide training to internal and external teams
• Identify areas for improvement and work with project committee to develop action plans to reduce claims
• Assist with evidence gathering and root cause analysis to ensure our logistics partner (Bollore) delivers high-quality service
• Conduct comprehensive quality analyses to assess the effectiveness of various quality processes using data and internal auditing tools
• Address any procedural or process deficiencies by initiating corrective action
• Develop common tools to facilitate weekly performance tracking / reporting and follow-up on KPIs and action plans.
