Investment Associate

The Investment Associate will be an integral member of the SEA focused Private Equity Direct Investment team, responsible for supporting the full investment lifecycle — from origination and execution to portfolio management and exit. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in dynamic, cross-border environments.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis & Execution

• Conduct industry research, market mapping, and competitive analyses across Southeast Asia.
• Build detailed financial models and perform valuation analyses (DCF, precedent transactions, trading comparables, LBO).
• Support due diligence processes by coordinating with internal teams and external advisors (legal, tax, technical, and commercial).
• Prepare investment committee materials and presentation decks articulating key findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating investment terms, documentation, and financing arrangements.
