Business Analyst (Transformation)

Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an organization in the hospitality industry. This role is key to driving digital transformation and improving customer experiences, working on long‐term initiatives and expansion.

You will conduct business analysis, apply design thinking to develop user‐focused solutions, and turn business needs into clear system requirements. Working closely with cross‐functional teams, you'll identify process improvements, solve complex problems, and ensure solutions align with business goals and IT standards.

Mandatory Skill‐set

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• Must have solid experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in an IT environment for more than 8 years, with experience in business transformation involvement;
• Familiar with various project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall);
• Must have familiarity and skills in using tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or Balsami;
• Must have skills in user-focused design and problem-solving;
• Must have the ability to write clear and detailed system requirements, understand business needs and uncover root issues;
• Experienced in improving processes for better efficiency;
• Strong analytical thinking and solution-focused mindset;
• Effective at working with stakeholders and building trust;
• Understands technical concepts and works well with IT teams;

Clear communicator with strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Desired Skill‐set

PSM or PSPO (Scrum certifications).

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing test plans and test cases, and support UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs.
