We are an expanding bakery concept under the Goldmoon F&B Group, dedicated to serving fresh, high-quality pastries and bread.
We are looking for a passionate and responsible Bakery Shop Manager to lead daily operations and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily shop operations, including service quality, staff management, and sales performance
- Supervise and train team members to maintain high standards of service and product presentation
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Handle customer feedback and ensure smooth store operations
- Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
Requirements :
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bakery Shop Manager or in a similar managerial role (F&B industry preferred)Strong leadership and communication skillsAble to work independently and manage a small teamGood understanding of bakery operations and product knowledgeWilling to work shifts, weekends, and public holidaysTell employers what skills you have
