To maximize the hit ratio and FX flow volume from the bank's e-FX platform by :
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the platform (Hit Ratio, Market impact, Profitability, Client's activity)
- Optimizing LPs (On / Offboard and negotiation to improve prices)
- Client relationship management (including to support onboarding process of a new client)
- Working together with FX traders to improve e-FX pricing and profitability
- Managing administrative tasks relating to e-platforms
- Taking an analytical approach and reporting of e-platform to promote FX business
- Liaise with e-FX team in Tokyo to enhance global e-FX business
