Roles & Responsibilities

Female Fitness Trainers Needed to Manage Gym and Female Locker Area in Women’s Restroom

Gym Operating Hours :

  • Mondays : 7 : 00 am – 9 : 30 pm
  • Tuesdays to Thursdays : 7 : 00 am – 9 : 30 pm
  • Friday : 7 : 00 am – 6 : 00 pm
  • Saturdays : 8 : 30 am – 11 : 30 am and 5 : 00 pm – 9 : 30 pm
  • Sundays : 8 : 30 am – 11 : 30 am

Key Responsibilities

Gym Operations & Maintenance Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring the gym is ready for use at designated hours.

Conduct daily checks on gym equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

Report or handle minor equipment repairs

Maintain gym cleanliness and organization

Monitor inventory of gym supplies (e.g., cleaning materials, first-aid items) and coordinate with management for replenishment.

Safety & Guidance Ensure gym users understand and follow safety protocols

Educate and assist members with proper form, technique, and equipment handling

Personal Training & Program Design Conduct fitness assessments for new members

Develop personalized workout plans for members

Offer group or one-on-one training sessions

Exergame Briefing & Operations Introduce and instruct members on the safe and effective use of exergame equipment.

Monitor exergame sessions to ensure members are using the equipment correctly and benefiting from the experience.

Administrative Tasks Track member attendance and provide input on gym usage patterns.

Assist in organizing and running gym events, classes, or workshops.

Provide regular reports on equipment status and member feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Certification : Accredited fitness certification (e.g., NCSF, ACE, or equivalent) will be a bonus.
  • If no relevant certification is held, candidates must be willing to attend the required course, with costs covered by the company.
  • Other Requirements : Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
  • Key Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of fitness, exercise routines, and nutrition basics.
  • Ability to perform minor equipment repairs or report issues as needed.
  • Familiarity with exergame technology
  • High attention to detail to maintain gym standards and ensure member safety.
