VP, Risk Manager (FinTech Lending)

Description

Maintain a strong foundation in credit risk - with the ability to assess exposures, understand SME credit dynamics, and contribute to credit-related decisions within a supply chain financing context.

Develop and implement enterprise-wide risk frameworks across credit, operational, and regulatory risk domains.

Conduct ongoing risk assessments and scenario analyses to proactively identify and mitigate key business risks across SME-focused financing operations.

Oversee risk controls related to fraud, sanctions, AML / CFT, and data privacy to ensurepliance with evolving regulatory standards.

Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, andpliance teams to embed risk insights into strategy, new products, and day-to-day processes.

Profile

At least 10 years' experience in risk management, with strong credit risk understanding and exposure to broader enterprise or operational risk .

Prior experience in FinTech, SME banking, or digital lending environments preferred.

Familiarity withpliance domains such as AML / CFT, fraud prevention, and sanctions screening.

Proven track record in building or executing risk frameworks in high-growth, regulated settings.

Strongmunication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
