Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop the contracts

and cost management function across regional offices.

Provide strategic oversight on contract administration and project

financial matters.

departmental planning and decision-making.

Requirements :

Architecture, or a related discipline

of relevant professional experience

contracts and familiar with PSSCOS and SIA COC

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to deliver under tight

deadlines with minimal supervision

skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities

Relevant regional experience in Interior fit out works will be an

advantage
