Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support for control system projects, including maintenance, upgrades, expansions, and retrofitting activities.
- Assist in project scheduling, resource planning, and tracking of milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as proposals, work schedules, meeting minutes, progress reports, and cost tracking sheets.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring follow-up on agreed action items.
- Support service engineers by arranging site access, preparing documentation, and consolidating test reports and project records.
- Monitor project progress and highlight risks, delays, or issues to management for timely resolution.
- Liaise with customers for administrative updates and provide prompt support on documentation requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company’s safety and compliance guidelines in project execution.
- Assist in invoicing, project closure documentation, and archiving of records.
Background
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably in engineering, automation, or technical services.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both customers and technical teams.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Tell employers what skills you have
