Job Purpose

Responsibilities include working closely with

Operations

Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans on

resources and timeframes for jobs. You will perform various

coordinating tasks, like scheduling and along with administrative

duties to maintain documentations. To succeed in this role, you

should have excellent time management and communication skills, as

you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver

results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Coordinator's duties are to

ensure that all jobs are completed timely and meet with quality

standards.

Duties and

Responsibilities

  • Manage

customers job requests with proactive solution based

approach.

  • Confirm jobs into job database and
  • prepare complete documentation.

  • Facilitate
  • pre-job coordination with operations

    executives / controllers.

  • Provide excellent
  • customer service.

  • To follow-up on issues
  • during job execution which require multi-liaisons with

    stakeholders.

  • To ensure proactive email
  • communication among stakeholders in view to confirm document proof

    of job instructions and agreements.

  • Provide
  • real-time updates on job progress and provide POD copy at the

    earliest.

  • Address effectively
  • admin / operational issues and adherence to

    SOPs.

  • To ensure pre-job and post-job
  • documentation are in order to ensure smooth billing

    workflow.

  • Provide statistical data when
  • required.

  • Any other activities as assigned by
  • Operations Manager, Conventional

    Operations.

    Qualifications and

    Requirements

    Competent

    & proficient knowledge over Conventional Operations.

  • Possess Class 3 Driving Licence.
  • Self motivated with excellent interpersonal and

    communication skills.

    Able to work

    independently and under pressure to meet datelines and

    schedules.

    To be able to work in fast paced

    environment and a team player.

    Good

    interpersonal skills, team player and with good customer

    service.

    Good experience in order acceptance

    and providing multi-option solutions.

    Friendly

    and adaptive nature, service orientated and tactful in customer

    communications.

    Working

    hours

    8.30 a.m. to 5.30 pm

    (Monday to Friday); 8.30 am to 12.30 pm (alternate Saturday)
