We're looking for an E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support our Click & Collect Counter.

Remuneration & Work Info :

Pay : $2300

Location : Millenia Walk

Working Hours : 5 Days Work Week (Must Work on Both Weekends & PH)

Operating Hours : 11 : 00AM - 9 : 30PM

Job Duties :

• Attend to customers at the Click & Collect Counter on enquiries, concerns and requests regarding ecommerce orders. Maintain and provide good customer service levels at all times to fulfill customers' ecommerce orders.
• Support the eCommerce operations team in the processing of ecommerce orders and returns from customers.
• Working with retail and third party delivery partners to ensure all orders and returns are fulfilled.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Click & Collect centre.
