Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

Salary Package :

Up to $4500 + Variable Bonus (Twice

yearly)

Duration : Permanent

Key

Responsibilities

Regularly inspect and maintain building facilities and

equipment.

Manage routine maintenance and

repairs with contractors, covering systems like HVAC, plumbing, and

electrical.

Keep facility supplies stocked and

perform minor repairs as needed.

Develop and

implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce

downtime.

Maintain the cleanliness and

functionality of office spaces and shared facilities.

Conduct safety inspections, manage risk assessments, and

oversee high-risk work permissions.

Regularly

check and maintain fire safety equipment, organize drills, and

ensure compliance with safety standards.

Coordinate with contractors for services including

cleaning, pest control, and security.

Assist

in facility projects and perform additional administrative or

operational tasks as

required.

ITE

qualification in Building Services, Facilities Management, or

related field.

1-2 years of experience in

facilities or safety management.

Knowledge of

building maintenance, workplace safety, and fire safety

regulations.

Strong organizational,

communication, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with facility

management software.

Certifications in Fire

Safety Management or Workplace Safety & Health are a

plus.

Capable of minor repairs and flexible

working hours.
