Senior Contracts Manager / HDB / Main Con / 11K / Tampines Area

Summary of Job Responsibilities

• Tender Management : Lead full tendering cycle - from bid strategy, risk assessment, and pricing coordination to final submission and post-tender negotiations.
• Document Review & Compliance : Interpret and evaluate client-issued tender documents (RFPs, BOQs, drawings) to ensure all technical and commercial requirements are met.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, procurement, legal, engineering) to prepare complete and high-quality submissions.
• Contract Negotiation : Drive negotiation of commercial terms, risk allocation, and contract conditions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Process Development & Oversight : Establish structured workflows for approvals, documentation, and handover to project teams while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
