Roles & Responsibilities

💵 Salary : Up to 5k

📍 Location : Tampines (Nearby Ikea)

🕒 Work Hours : Monday to Friday | 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Lead and mentor a team of Process Assistant Engineers and Technicians in all process-related functions to ensure efficient and smooth production.

✅ Collaborate closely with internal departments to develop, streamline, and document process operation flows that meet both business and customer requirements.

✅ Ensure accurate and up-to-date production Work Instructions (W / I), including Shop Floor Control (SFC) and SAP process maintenance.

✅ Drive Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) implementation in production with clear communication and follow-through.

✅ Champion process efficiency and productivity improvements through :

• UPH (Units per Hour) tracking
• Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing activities
• Continuous process reviews and optimization
