Golf Operations Assistant (Expansion Role - JooKoon)

Job Overview : We are

looking for a proactive Golf Operations Assistant

(Expansion Role) to join our growing team at the

Golf Driving Range in Upper Jurong (Joo Koon). You will help ensure

smooth daily operations, support staff, maintain equipment, and

deliver excellent guest experiences. This is a great opportunity

operational excellence.

Job

Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations to ensure the facility runs

efficiently.

Provide excellent guest service

and create a welcoming environment.

Maintain

golf equipment, simulators, and tracking systems.

Support staff scheduling, coordination, and

training.

Assist in planning and running

events, promotions, and corporate activities.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational

standards.

Maintain cleanliness and

organization throughout the facility.

Perform

other duties to support smooth

operations.

Job

Requirements : Diploma

or higher in Sports Management, Business, Hospitality, or related

field.

0-2 years' experience in operations,

customer service, or hospitality; golf / leisure experience a

plus.

Familiarity with golf equipment and

simulators is an advantage.

Strong

communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and

proactive.

Willing to work flexible hours,

including weekends and public

holidays.
