Job descriptionManage inventory movement across internal & external warehouses. Coordinate with departments / warehouse contractors to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Plan & process customers' PO for container loading, and attention to specific customer requirements. Conduct annual physical stock-takes and reconcile results with system records. Review, verify weekly & monthly stock balance reports for warehouses' location & resolve discrepancies. Quarterly visits to external warehouses to inspect storage conditions and product quality. Plan procurement of sub-raw materials and packing materials based on consumption forecasts. Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management. Proficient in MS Office, inventory management systems and good coordination skills Familiar with ISO standards and audit processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Information :
- Salary range : $3,000 - $4,500 Basic + $220 Site allowance + $30 Laundry Allowance
- Working Location & hours : Jurong Island, Mon-Fri, 8am - 4.30pm
- Company transport provided at Jurong East
- Interview to be conducted at Jurong Island
