REGIONAL PRE-SALES SPECIALIST - SEA

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for Regional Pre- Sales Specialist who can provide necessary support by managing the data for new projects and can work closely with the team to understand the customers requirements.

ABOUT YOUR TASKS :

  • Read and understand drawings and tender documentation
  • Managing, collect data, in order to do the estimation on project
  • Execute the preliminary draft and drawings based on the information of the project received from the customer
  • Carry out the final design and go through all detailed technical drawings needed for the engineering design of facilities
  • Define final commercial offer
  • Cooperate with and involve all the other departments including project management, purchasing, sales, back office and external stakeholders
  • Visit the site and keep connection with the customer
  • Providing an excellent level of customer service
  • Prioritize work and urgent requests
  • Support the Sales Units, during the examination and further discussion of the project with the customer
  • Working closely with sales / customer to understand and capture requirements.
  • Provide basic technical support during the implementation of equipment
  • Issue proposal / quotation with regards to projects or non-projects business.
  • Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
  • Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation.
  • Generate reports required by management

ABOUT YOU

  • Technical Diploma or University Degree in Architecture / Engineering
  • With minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in similar environment
  • Food equipment and market knowledge
  • Good communication and networking skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural / multinational team
  • Very good knowledge of CAD applications (Autocad 2D, Revit & Autocad 3D will be considered a plus); good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and relative Apps (SharePoint, One Drive, Teams, Planner, .
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Acrobat Reader.
  • Strong presentation skills
