Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking Sales Executives for KAI RESIDENCES PTE LTD , thefirst licensed premium confinement hotel, offering a one-stop holistic pre- and postpartumcare by a team of experts to rest, heal, rejuvenate, and support mothers while instillingconfidence in them.

Pre-requisits : - Sales Executive (2 positions) Expansion Program

Local Singaporean / or Singapore PR appreciated

• Minimum 01 to 2 years in sales experience
• Bilingual, fluent i commuicationg Chinese and able to write will be an added asset.
• Acquire new clients.- Manage and build strong professional relationships with guests.
• Arrange for facility tour with guest and present sales deck with new guests.
• Support Marketing strategies and brand building- Good Team Player, collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with the internal teams
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content on XHS 3 times / week
• To assist of any adhoc duties assigned- Participation of all organised Events by the Company
• .- Follow up with phone, email queries
