Nurse Educator - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to train and develop our nursing staff and students, ensuring high standards of patient care and competency across our facilities. You will play a pivotal role in shaping clinical practices, delivering training programs, and supporting ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, implement, and evaluate unit-based and discipline-based training programs for nursing staff.
• Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) and assist Nurse Managers in competency assessments.
• Establish an optimal clinical learning environment and preceptorship programs for new staff.
• Coordinate and organize training activities to strengthen generic and specialty nursing practices.
• Act as a clinical resource for Nurse Managers, advising on training and standards of care.
• Develop and conduct hospital-based training programs in line with MOH requirements.
• Provide training and education for non-nursing staff and volunteers as needed.
