Greet guests, escort them to their seats, and provide a brief introduction to the restaurant and menu.
2. 专业咨询与解答 Professional Advice & Assistance
Offer professional advice and answer guests' questions regarding menu options, ingredients, allergens, and beverage pairings.
3. 点单与传达 Order Taking & Communication
Accurately take guests' orders and promptly communicate them to the kitchen for smooth coordination.
4. 高标准服务 Food & Beverage Service
Deliver high-quality service, including food and beverage serving, setting and clearing plates, preparing cutlery and napkins.
5. 环境维护 Cleanliness & Organization
Ensure a clean and organized dining environment, including tables, chairs, floors, and utensils.
6. 结账与记录 Payment & Records
Handle billing and payment processes, including membership points, with accurate documentation.
7. 特殊需求协调 Special Requests Handling
Recognize and accommodate special guest requests (e.g., allergies, dietary restrictions) by liaising with the kitchen.

Work closely with chefs and colleagues to ensure timely food preparation and service.
