Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service support through phone and email communication.
  • Prepare shipping and import / export documentation in line with SOPs, and issue invoices upon shipment closure.
  • Monitor shipments to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
  • Meet established KPIs for all inbound and outbound activities.
  • Coordinate with supervisors on warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill orders and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, verify stock levels, and report discrepancies.
  • Carry out general housekeeping tasks to uphold workplace standards.
  • Ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
