Roles & Responsibilities
Scope of Work and Responsibilities :
- Planning and implementing overseas foreigner human resources for projects, developing and improving management practices and processes for overseas foreigner human resources.
- Recruiting overseas foreigner human resources for projects, coordinating relationships with foreign personnel, and managing their performance.
- Compliance management of overseas foreigner human resources for projects, ensuring personnel usage complies with relevant local laws and government regulations in Singapore; tracking changes in relevant policies and providing optimization suggestions for management of overseas foreigner human resources.
Technical Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or above, with relevant engineering qualification certificates (such as PMP, etc.) preferred.Proficient in both Chinese and English, with good oral and written communication skills in both languages in order to liaise with overseas vendorsOver 5 years of human resource management experience, with at least 3 years of work experience in Singapore.Familiar with local labor laws, regulations, and relevant human resource policies in Singapore, with strong data analysis and policy interpretation abilities.Excellent communication, coordination, team management skills, and work execution ability.Tell employers what skills you have
