Mon – Fri 8 am– 6 pm, Sat 8am-1pm
Job Summary
The Project Manager will be accountable for overseeing the full lifecycle of building projects—from planning and execution through to delivery—ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet established quality standards. This role encompasses leading the project team, engaging with key stakeholders, and maintaining rigorous compliance with EHS and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the project start-up and execution plan, setting targets for time, cost, quality, resources, EHS and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with clients and consultants on all project phases including authority submissions, planning, construction and EHS compliance.
- Lead a team of professional and technical personnel in daily planning and execution to meet project objectives.
- Review and manage the master programme, define milestones, and apply pull-planning techniques to maintain effective site progress.
- Manage subcontractors to achieve performance goals in terms of schedule, cost, quality and safety.
- Oversee project budgets and administer all contractual matters.
- Champion the use of innovative construction methods and lean practices to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Promote collaboration within the team and drive commitment toward achieving performance goals.
- Support the Business Unit Head or Project Director in tendering and proposal initiatives to secure new projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management and / or site coordination for building projects. (Candidates with greater experience may be considered for a senior role.)Strong expertise in construction management, project planning, and contract administration; a lean mindset with focus on cost and resource efficiency.Excellent stakeholder engagement and teamwork skills, with a commitment to delivering milestones and project targets.Proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset focused on project objectives.Data-driven approach to improving efficiency and productivity through measurement and analysis.Experience in aerospace, commercial, institutional or government projects is a plus.If you are keen to know more about this role, please email Syasya at nurilyana.syasya@rmagroup.com.sg and send your resume in MS Word format.
