Project Management Role Overview

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our development operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and directing construction activities to ensure safe and timely delivery of development works.

You will present management reports on project progress, personnel performance, and problems encountered, along with effective solutions.

Covering site activities and documents, you will report to management in a timely manner.

You will direct all site activities of site staff, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring timely response to project requirements.

The successful candidate will manage and deliver projects within the project timeline, considering risk and environmental factors.

Requirements :

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, or Architecture is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field is necessary.
• Managerial experience in Civil / Construction / Structural engineering is preferred.
