Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations to assist sales teams, such as order acknowledgment, quotation processing, purchase orders, sales orders, etc.
- To communicate and arrange for the delivery of a customer's request
- To give current clients excellent support and customer care.
- Respond to phone calls and in-person inquiries
- General administrative sales tasks
- Any other ad hoc duties that the management and manager delegate
Qualifications :
GCE "O" or Nitec LevelSkilled in using Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Having experience with Oracle SAP is advantageous.Have a positive work ethic and a strong sense of accountability.Resourceful and capable of working on their own in a hectic settingSelf-reliant, mature, and prepared to work with little directionNeeds to be upbeat and proactive in problem-solvingAble to begin work right away or on short notice is an advantageTell employers what skills you have
