Roles & Responsibilities

6-Month Patient Service Associate (Part time / 3 days a week)

📍 Bed & Surgical Booking Office (Call Centre Setting)

💰 Weekdays : $15 / hr | Saturdays : $18 / hr | Contract for 6 months

📅 Commitment : Must be able to work at least 3 days a week (Mon–Sat)

Working Hours :

Staggered shifts (Mon–Fri : 7 : 00am–4 : 30pm / 8 : 00am–5 : 30pm / 8 : 30am–6 : 00pm)

Sat : 7 : 00am–4 : 00pm (Min 45-min lunch break)

Job Scope :

• Handle Bed & Surgical Booking Office operations in a call centre environment
• Maintain high service standards when managing scheduling and bed booking calls
• Follow established appointment scheduling procedures and hospital guidelines
• Disseminate hospital and departmental updates accurately
• Ensure calls are answered promptly (within 3 rings / 30 seconds) with proper greetings
• Manage difficult customers professionally and apply service recovery protocols
