Job Description
- Facilitate the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE management systems, audits, and inspections to promote employee safety, well-being, and service excellence.
- Conduct HSE training and refresher programs for all operational activities; ensure all HSE representatives are competent and aligned with company standards.
- Ensure full compliance with EHS-related permits, licenses, and statutory obligations.
- Manage and maintain all necessary environmental and safety-related permits and documentation.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update HSE / HSSE policies, procedures, management systems, and tools in line with group and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO
- Conduct periodic HSSE inspections and participate in accident / incident investigations; lead root cause analyses and ensure corrective and preventive measures are taken and shared company-wide.
- Perform annual HSE performance reviews, identify performance gaps, and propose actionable improvements.
- Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive HSE documentation relevant to offshore and onshore operations, projects, and client requirements.
- Attend vessel coordination meetings and support safe execution of works, including hot work and incompatible work activities, based on project site conditions.
- Administer and implement risk management plans, ensuring all operations are carried out with appropriate controls and safety measures in place.
- Coordinate internal and external HSE / ISO audits, ensuring readiness and compliance across all applicable standards and locations.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management in support of company safety objectives.

Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer or in a similar role within the marine industryWorking knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other relevant HSE standards.Strong understanding of statutory requirements related to workplace safety and environmental protection.Effective communication, coordination, and leadershipTell employers what skills you have
